Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge in the property sector? Our Rocken partner is seeking an experienced Specialist Property Management (m/f/d) to take over the commercial management of their own residential and commercial portfolio. In this responsible position, you will handle rentals, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, manage dunning processes, and support tenants and resolve neighbourhood conflicts. Responsibilities:
As a Specialist Property Management, you will take on diverse and responsible tasks:
- Responsible for the commercial management of your own residential and commercial portfolio, including rentals, coordination of move-ins and move-outs, and terminations
- Handling the dunning process and case management for arrears, tenant and neighbourhood conflicts
- Reviewing and approving main and ancillary cost statements
- First point of contact for residents and maintaining communication with the settlement commissions
- Co-responsible for tenant annual meetings and coordination of settlement projects and tours
- Supervising part-time employees to support management tasks
- Coordinating and maintaining communication with the tenants
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in the property sector and at least one further qualification as a property management clerk
- Ability to work solution- and consensus-oriented and communicate with various stakeholders
- Strong customer orientation and high social competence that distinguish you as a person
- Structured and professional working style that comes naturally to you
- Proficient IT skills enabling you to quickly familiarise yourself with our systems
- Driving licence category B for mobility in everyday work
