Service Fitter (m/f/d)
Job Description
YOUR ROLE
As a Service Fitter at Zargag, you are responsible for the efficient and high-quality handling and coordination of service and assembly orders. You organise materials and assembly teams, handle assembly defects and train assembly partners. You also ensure compliance with the highest assembly standards and support the assembly management. Your role requires a basic craft training or strong technical affinity, at least 5 years of experience in assembly work, strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
YOUR TASKS
- Handling and coordinating service and assembly orders
- Ensuring compliance with the highest assembly standards
- Self-organisation in material procurement and storage
- Processing and rectifying assembly defects
- Training and supporting assembly partners
- Checking assembly quality
- Contributing optimisation ideas
- Teamwork with project managers
Your Profile
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic craft training or strong technical affinity (ideally experience with door assembly)
- High technical product understanding
- Quick identification of defect situations and optimal solution finding
- At least 5 years of experience in assembly business and assembly processes
- Good communication skills
- Open personality, strong team player
- High willingness for field service assignments in Eastern and Central Switzerland
