What you will do here

Support the implementation and active management of the digital transformation in the Bachelor's degree program and in student administration
Plan, implement, evaluate, and further develop e-assessments
Handle questions and concerns related to digital tools, learning platforms, learning software, and LMS as well as support the execution of online scenarios (First Level Support)
Manage the department's internal video lab
Collaborate on projects in the field of teaching computer science

What you ideally bring with you

Completed studies (FH or university) in computer science or ICT-related fields
Very good knowledge of digital tools, LMS learning platforms, and software
Experience in higher education or ICT pedagogical support
Independent and conscientious working style
Patience, empathy, reliability, and a strong service orientation
