Main Responsibilities :
Identify and Implement Process Improvements : Analyze and improve processes across various functions within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Department, such as Warehouse & Logistics, Internal Machining, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing Methodology
Project Management : Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing operations and improving process efficiency
Performance Monitoring : Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments
Training and Guidance : Provide training and support to teams on new processes and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the main processes within the department
Change Management : Facilitate change management initiatives to support operational and company-wide improvements
Compliance : Ensure all processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards
