About the job
Chrüzmatt, as an innovative competence center for the elderly, takes on long-term care and support for seniors on behalf of the Chrüzmatt Hitzkirchertal municipal association. With regard to the planned multi-generational quarter „Stöcklimatt“, a social space concept was developed with the help of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts HSLU (Social Work), which, in addition to establishing a new contact point for the elderly, recommends further measures.We are looking for a
▪ Head of the contact point «Kompass Alter» from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement (including handling inquiries, short consultations, website management, event organization, …)
▪ Network work (participation and (co-)organization of network events, network maintenance)
▪ Volunteer work (development of a sensitization, recruitment, and placement model to promote volunteer work)
▪ You have a degree in social work
▪ Ideally, you have experience in community and volunteer work
▪ You enjoy working with older people and networking with relevant stakeholders
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
▪ Independent working style, interconnected thinking, and organizational skills
▪ You can expect an exciting and varied field of activity with a high degree of creative freedom
