FaGe Vocational Trainer 40% - 100% for the Neurology Department

Your Main Tasks

With us, you can expect varied days with the most diverse patients in neurology! Your tasks are:

• Acute care of neurological patients including the nursing concepts Bobath and Kinaesthetics as well as accompanying our oncology patients and their relatives in tandem with a registered nurse
• Guidance, support, and promotion of FaGe trainees as well as co-responsibility for their training and education in everyday practice
• Planning, designing, and evaluating individual learning processes in the learning and working community (in cooperation with other professional groups)
• Active contribution to creating a motivating learning environment in the department and promoting an open, learning-oriented team culture
• Commitment to the educational mission of USZ, especially in implementing the FaGe education concept and participating in qualification procedures (IPA)
• Participation in the selection process and integration of new FaGe trainees in the department

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• First professional experience in an acute hospital
• Pedagogical further education (SVEB certificate or willingness to obtain it)
• Joy in accompanying and inspiring the next generation
• Sense of responsibility, patience, and didactic skills
