What you achieve
In this key role, you actively shape financial management and further develop the finance area together with your team.
- With expertise and foresight, you ensure the high-quality and efficient handling of the financial affairs of the Lindenhof Group, its enterprises, and the foundation.
- You are responsible for cash and credit management as well as the preparation of individual financial statements including consolidation and reporting.
- You lead the department with around 10 employees, supported by team leaders.
- With innovative approaches, especially in the area of digitalisation, you sustainably increase our efficiency.
- As deputy head of the division, you maintain close contact with the management team, controlling, other departments, as well as auditors, banks, and other external partners.
What distinguishes you
You convince both professionally and personally, act solution-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively.
- You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with specialised further training (e.g. certified auditor or accounting expert).
- For this role, we require several years of professional experience with specialist responsibility in finance and accounting as well as experience in financial statement preparation according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
- You think in a networked way, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with demanding issues.
- With your strong communication skills and high leadership competence, you succeed in leading your team in a goal-oriented and motivating way.
