Logistics Specialist as Group Leader (100%) with educational responsibility

In our logistics division, we manage the entire material flow for our customers’ goods – from goods receipt through storage to dispatch. Here, you combine your logistical expertise with the educational support of employees receiving disability insurance and apprentices. As a logistics specialist, you operate within this diverse team and create a working environment that combines personal development, independence, and quality.

Your tasks

• You lead, support, and promote a group of around 22 employees with disability insurance and apprentices professionally, personally, and educationally
• Together with the job coaches, you are responsible for the training of our apprentices
• You ensure the operational warehouse management and material flow, planning and coordinating the daily tasks
• You handle logistical issues in collaboration with our customers and internal departments
• You coordinate and monitor warehouse management with Abacus and Odoo
• You continuously optimise and develop warehouse/logistics processes. If necessary, you work operationally and support your team with order picking and the use of industrial trucks

Your profile

• As an inclusive personality, you have a professional qualification in warehousing/logistics and many years of professional experience, which are essential for this role. Your precise and reliable working style distinguishes you
• You have further training as a vocational trainer and extensive practical experience in training and supporting apprentices
• You bring leadership experience and, if possible, professional experience in educational work – or are motivated to familiarise yourself with this area
• With your empathetic, sensitive, and appreciative manner, you win people over and place your counterpart at the centre
