Job description
We are looking for a Test Engineer - F/M/X, who contributes to ensuring software quality in the banking environment. In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing functional tests as well as optimising our testing processes. You work closely with various departments and significantly contribute to the further development of our quality standards.
🔥Your missions:
- Planning, coordinating and executing functional tests
- Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans and test documentation
- Supporting test management throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Close collaboration with developers, business analysts and departments
- Analysing, documenting and tracking defects
- Contributing to the optimisation of test processes and quality standards
- Ensuring the quality of applications in the banking environment
- Using and maintaining test and collaboration tools
🎯Your profile:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a test engineer or in software testing
- You have experience in functional testing and test management
- You have strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Polarion, OpenText ALM / HLM
- You have experience in creating test documentation
- You have a basic understanding of Java
- You are able to collaborate professionally with various stakeholders
- You have an independent and solution-oriented working style
- You are a team player with a quality-conscious mindset
- You are fluent in German and English
