About the job
In this diverse role
- you are part of our four-person cantonal section of the Thurgauer Zeitung and report on cantonal topics for print and online
- you research and write texts with high news value and reach
- you report on proceedings at the cantonal supreme court and assess their significance for our readership
- you develop your own topic ideas and incorporate them into the reporting
- you occasionally take on Sunday shifts with daily responsibility
You will succeed here if
- you bring journalistic experience and convince with text quality
- you master all journalistic text types
- you know Eastern Switzerland and its political as well as social topics or are motivated to build a strong network in the region
- you have a connection to Eastern Switzerland or want to engage intensively with the region
