For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Technical Site Manager 100% in Rotkreuz, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Technical Site Manager

Your Challenge

• Compliance with and implementation of the valid occupational safety and health protection concept (AS/GS)
• Independent maintenance of building technical systems
• Responsibility for smooth and timely service delivery by third-party companies
• Ensuring updated operational documentation in the CAFM system as well as timely service delivery according to the contract
• Performing tasks within the company’s valid regulations, instructions and process guidelines
• Execution or organisation of repair and maintenance work on building technical systems and facilities
• Conducting technical inspection rounds in the assigned properties
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Provision of on-call service

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in HVACSE area or as a facility maintenance specialist
• Further training as a maintenance specialist, technical business administrator or comparable further education
• Training as a safety officer (advantageous)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field
• Fluent German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Proficient IT skills
• Knowledge of fire protection is an advantage
• Service-, result- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Responsible, reliable, team-oriented and resilient personality
• High commitment and pronounced initiative
• Hands-on mentality
• Precise, proactive, independent and forward-looking working style
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driving licence category B
