Social Worker

• As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will advise patients in an outpatient and day clinic setting.
• You will support patients through social counseling with the goal of reintegration into their life and work environments.
• In your daily work, you will maintain relationships with authorities, social insurances, and employers, and stay in close contact with other caregivers.
• Internally, you will participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions, and engage in public relations work.

• You have a degree in social work (FH level) and are knowledgeable in social counseling.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience from the healthcare sector.
• Your interest lies in interdisciplinary treatment that is oriented towards the needs of patients and their relatives.
• You enjoy working independently, are open-minded, and appreciate an engaged team.
