- As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will advise patients in an outpatient and day clinic setting.
- You will support patients through social counseling with the goal of reintegration into their life and work environments.
- In your daily work, you will maintain relationships with authorities, social insurances, and employers, and stay in close contact with other caregivers.
- Internally, you will participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions, and engage in public relations work.
- You have a degree in social work (FH level) and are knowledgeable in social counseling.
