For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the field of control engineering and automated production solutions, we are looking for a strong leadership and technically skilled personality as Team Leader Control Engineering.
- Analysis, optimisation and further development of production processes as well as material flows according to lean principles
- Ensuring timely and high-quality production of control systems and components
- Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices
- Close cooperation with logistics, production planning, quality management, development and
other interfaces
- Ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
- Promotion, coaching and targeted further development of employees
- Further training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering at HF / FH level or similar
- Experience in professional and personnel management in a production environment
- Already have know-how in the training and supervision of apprentices
- Technical understanding in electrical, pneumatic and mechanical areas
- Knowledge of lean management is an advantage
- Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a cooperative leadership style
- Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage

Tasks

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician EFZ, automation mechanic EFZ, electronics technician EFZ or comparable- Further training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering at HF / FH level or similar

- Already have know-how in the training and supervision of apprentices
- Technical understanding in electrical, pneumatic and mechanical areas
- Knowledge of lean management is an advantage
