We are looking for an independent and service-oriented individual in the Zurich region by arrangement to become part of our Dynamic Programme.Junior Facility Manager
What you can achieve with us.
You will manage several properties on site and be the contact person for our clients. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Project support for mandate management as well as own project responsibility
- Professional leadership of employees
- Optimisation of processes and development of procedures
- Coordination of various service deliveries
- Direct customer contact with various clients (property management, suppliers, etc.)
- Collaboration in technical and commercial facility management
- Assistance tasks as well as administrative activities

- Bachelor of Science in Facility Management
- Experience in facility management is an advantage

During the Dynamic Programme, you will be accompanied by a mentor, receive on-the-job training and participate in internal as well as external courses to expand your professional know-how. In addition, you will become part of the Junior Facility Manager Community to exchange ideas with other Junior Facility Managers during various events and get to know other Equans units.
