The Swiss Markets Fashion division serves as the ambassador of the Retail spirit for the original activity of the Brand, Fashion. Each collection reflects the values dear to Gabrielle Chanel through a unique and bold style: freedom, femininity, creativity. CHANEL's highly selective distribution network in Switzerland, Latin America, and India spans 5 countries and showcases each collection. It is the obsession with detail and the pursuit of perfection that makes the encounter between CHANEL and its clients a moment of magic.
Integrated within the Regional Swiss Markets Retail Operations team, you assist the Merchandising and Retail Operations Director as well as the Retail Operations Manager in the management and reporting tasks.
Your main missions are:
Contribution to the structuring, harmonization, and improvement of the Quality and After-Sales organization and processes in all Swiss Market boutiques:
- On the process side, you contribute to the formalization of After-Sales processes to create a reference base for all After-Sales ambassadors in the region.
- You share training materials on these processes intended for the entire After-Sales community.
- On the operational side, you are responsible for the centralization and management of Quality and Fashion After-Sales requests to meet the needs of Swiss Markets boutiques:
- Complex cases
- Quality expertise needs
- Management and monitoring of quality alerts
Contribution to the animation of Quality and After-Sales communities:
- You participate in the animation of the ambassadors' community:
- Through available community tools
- By disseminating and consolidating all communications with the community (CHANEL & me, management of quality alerts, process evolutions)
Support the Regional Retail Operations team in the deployment and monitoring of After-Sales, alterations, and tools aimed at operational efficiency in boutiques:
- Participate in the development of action plans and deployment of projects and new tools
- Participate in the implementation
- Ensure follow-up
- Gather feedback from boutiques to propose areas for improvement
Analysis and interpretation of performance indicators for After-Sales, alterations, and tools related to operational efficiency in boutiques:
- Develop performance reports for After-Sales and Alterations and tools related to operational efficiency in boutiques (RFID, Serial Number capture…)
- Produce these reports at regular frequencies and analyze the key indicators.
- Communicate them to various audiences and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans

Profile
Soon to graduate from a Business or Engineering School (Master's), you have initial experience in Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, and/or Finance.
You are proficient in English and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint…) and are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, taste for numbers, adaptability, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
Job Conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be planned in your study curriculum.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the diploma.
- The internship must be validated by the allocation of study credits.

- Contract: full-time internship (100%) and in-person

- Working days: 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday
