Specialist in Assembly with Work Pedagogical Tasks (80 - 100%)
Do you enjoy organising, keeping an overview even in a dynamic environment, and want to make a difference with your work? In our assembly department, you combine customer orders with work pedagogical support. You plan and coordinate orders, support people at an adapted workplace, and contribute to ensuring that quality, collaboration, and development go hand in hand. With us, you take on responsibility, bring in your own ideas, and actively shape the further development of our assembly department.
This is your job
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring customer orders in the areas of assembly, packaging service, and maintenance work – ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and efficient order processing – scheduling staff in day-to-day operations – guiding, supporting, and enabling people at an adapted workplace as well as people in an integration measure of the IV – promoting the personal and professional development of employees in everyday work
This is what you bring
Completed basic training EFZ or an equivalent qualification – experience in supporting, guiding, or promoting people is an advantage – pedagogical training or corresponding further education desired – strong organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working – high resilience and confidence in dealing with demanding situations – good knowledge of Microsoft 365 — you recognise the opportunities of digital tools, use AI applications to design work processes efficiently, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
