YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Leadership & Organization
- Technical and personnel leadership of the Electrical Integration team
- Further development of team members as well as promotion of know-how and engineering standards
- Resource planning, prioritization, and ensuring timely project execution
- Responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines within the team
Technical Responsibility
- Responsibility for the technical and functional integration of all electrical subsystems into the overall vehicle
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Creation of templates or instructions for the selection, design, and definition of cables, wires, connectors, as well as protective and switching devices
- Coordination of interfaces between the Electrical Engineering and System Engineering departments
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and technical solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in electrical engineering (FH/ETH) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in electrical planning, project planning, or schematic creation - ideally in mechanical engineering
- Leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a leadership role
- Very good knowledge in creating and evaluating electrical schematics as well as in the design of electrical components
- Experience in dealing with complex technical interfaces and interdisciplinary project teams
- High communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
