Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring various building technical systems and control systems
- Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work
- Obtaining quotes and ordering materials
- Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Performing and reporting additional services
- Participating in moves as well as renovation and refurbishment projects
- On-call duty

Your profile:

- Completed technical or craft training (EFZ)
- Several years of experience in a similar role and in the maintenance of complex building technical systems and control systems including on-call duty
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Good PC user skills
- High quality awareness and pronounced customer orientation
- High team capability, flexibility, and willingness for on-call duty
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
