Your tasks

• You are the technical contact person for contractors responsible for building maintenance as well as for users
• You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the premises and the surroundings of the buildings (snow clearance, green areas)
• You organise, plan and supervise the cleaning of buildings by cleaning staff and external contractors
• You carry out inspection rounds of technical facilities and ensure the operation of HVAC systems
• You perform simple repair work on technical systems and in the buildings
• You understand locking systems, can intervene if necessary and are familiar with access management
• You manage the disposal and recycling of waste
• You ensure the safety of the building (escape routes, fire detection, etc.)
• Occasionally and upon request, you carry out specific work during the night, on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays

Desired profile

• Operations maintenance specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent training and experience as well as good knowledge of building technology
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) and proficiency in IGA programmes (integrated building automation)
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive, customer-oriented and socially competent person
• Fluency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
