What you will achieve with us
- You ensure correct and complete invoicing (inpatient and outpatient) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as agreements and contracts
- You are the point of contact for internal professional groups regarding questions about the correct application of inpatient and outpatient tariff structures
- You support service providers with questions about service recording and the configuration of the recording software IBI-care
- You process rejections and complaints and handle written and oral enquiries from cost bearers as well as from patients
- You independently manage the dunning process
- You perform other administrative tasks

- With your solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially the various tariff systems and billing rules (DRG, TARPSY, ST Reha, TARDOC)
