Your main tasks will be the following:
- Welcome and ensure users according to the current reference framework;
- Actively participate in the reception and information of new collaborators in compliance with institutional procedures;
- Manage telephone calls with courtesy and professionalism and, if necessary, forward them to the relevant professionals.
- Perform administrative tasks related to institutional management tools and according to needs;
- Carry out the administrative management of patients, in accordance with procedures and directives defined by the institution;
- Perform various secretarial tasks that are an integral part of the sector's activity and necessary for its proper functioning;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it to the concerned persons;
- Manage the supply and the entire ordering process of office supplies, institutional and IT documents.
Your assets:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training. Specific training in medical telephony is an asset;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a medical environment or customer service is a plus;
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Mastery of French, both spoken and written, ideally with knowledge of English;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to relate to others and create a climate of trust;
- Ability to work in a team and in an interprofessional manner;
- Sense of priorities and openness to change.
