Who are we?
The Directorate of Economy, Employment and Vocational Training (DEEF) is tasked with promoting and energising the canton’s economy, including in the tourism sector. It supports energy efficiency and renewable energies. DEEF is responsible for cantonal statistics and maintains the Commercial Register. It is active in housing policy and vocational training. DEEF also ensures the balance of the labour market and works towards the reintegration of job seekers. Finally, it oversees active land policy as well as the canton of Fribourg’s Universities of Applied Sciences.

Desired profile
- Master’s degree in social sciences, social work, social policy, public administration or another related field
- Several years of professional experience in the professional integration of young people
- Good knowledge of the Swiss education system and related policies
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and listening skills
- Experience in project management
- Excellent command of IT tools, especially the M365 suite (PowerQuery, PowerBI, SharePoint)
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
Your missions
Cantonal coordinator with the Cantonal Commission for Young People Facing Professional Integration Difficulties (CJD) under the presidency of Mr Christophe Nydegger, Head of the Vocational Training Service (SFP).
The position (80-90%) is attached to the SFP.
- Ensure the implementation of a professional integration policy and lead cross-departmental projects
- Support the strategic governance of the professional integration system in cooperation with the relevant services and partners
- Manage and oversee the Youth Platform
- Ensure the governance of the professional integration system for young people
- Manage digital platforms
- Collaborate with various partners
