About the job
Your Tasks
- Administrative support of the Careers Service, including managing the platform for students and companies as well as maintaining web content
- Assisting in the organisation and execution of events
- Administrative support of course administration in the area of personnel and university development, including preparation of course materials and participation certificates as well as support on course days
- Website and system maintenance (e.g. publishing courses and minor adjustments)
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects within the learning media team
- Reception duties as the central point of contact as well as triage of telephone and email enquiries
Your Profile
- Completed secondary school or non-commercial vocational baccalaureate
- High motivation and good academic performance
- Broad general knowledge and quick comprehension
- Very good German and English skills
- Familiar with common MS Office applications
- Interest in economic contexts and ideally intention to start a university of applied sciences bachelor’s degree in business or business informatics
