You report directly to the CEO and support him in commercial and operational day-to-day business as well as in strategic matters. Key areas include:
- Assisting with operational and strategic management
Active support of the CEO in all organisational and administrative tasks - Preparation of business and market analyses, profitability calculations, project budgeting; assistance in the area of M & A
- Creating, designing, and presenting presentations, evaluations, and analyses
- Process and error analysis as well as contributing improvement ideas
- Assisting with group and site-related projects and process optimisations
You are enthusiastic about trade and technology and are highly motivated to develop your career in a promising future industry for the long term. Other facets of your profile include:
- Business administration training or completed degree
- Experience from management consulting, fiduciary, or auditing
- Initial experience in project management and organisation
- Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and fascination for trade
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Confidence in using the internet, IT, and software
- Loyalty, discretion, and reliability
