About the job

The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for cleaning, maintenance and disinfection work at colleges, buildings and day care structures of AISGE, as well as their indoor and outdoor spaces and infrastructures.

The post holder contributes to ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and ensures the application of rules and instructions regarding hygiene, safety and the use of cleaning products.

PROFILE SOUGHT

Previous experience in cleaning or premises maintenance desired.
Mastery of common cleaning techniques and good knowledge of products, equipment and hygiene and safety rules.
Autonomy, reliability, punctuality, rigour, organisational skills and good physical condition.
Team spirit, discretion, courtesy and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Flexibility and availability to occasionally cover replacements or stand-ins, according to service needs.
Good command of French (minimum B2 level).
Presentation of recent extracts from criminal records and a medical certificate.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

Start date: 1 January 2027 or to be agreed.

Working hours: 3 fixed hours per day spread over 5 days, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, during Vaud school periods. Additional hours may be added to cover replacements or stand-ins, according to needs.

Workplace: Buildings and care structures located in the member municipalities of AISGE.

Salary: 27.90/hour + holiday rate
