IT Business Analyst Promotion Planning & Processing (m/f/d), 80-100 %

Tasks

You analyse end-to-end processes in the SAP environment, identify optimisation potentials and develop suitable solutions together with Business and IT
You question business requirements and translate them into clear, testable user stories, features and acceptance criteria
You actively shape our SAP-based solutions around promotion planning, volume forecasting, volume processing and allocation
You analyse SAP processes, data flows and interfaces, develop solution concepts and accompany their implementation
You bring together different stakeholders, drive topics independently and support quality assurance

Training or degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional experience
Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and further development of SAP-based business processes
Good SAP knowledge, ideally in the SAP retail environment as well as in volume processing, allocation or related logistics processes
Experience with agile working methods, user stories as well as Jira and Confluence
Analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to clearly communicate complex business and technical contexts
