Position summary

• We offer a stimulating and varied learning environment to obtain your Federal VET Diploma (CFC) and a good training for your future
• The apprenticeship takes place in our brand new syrup production facility, on the production line as well as in our laboratory
• Very good supervision by qualified trainers

A day in the life of a brewing and beverage technology apprentice

• Preparation of syrups and recipes for various drinks (fruit juices)
• Reception of raw materials
• Regular checks of machines and products during the production process
• Compliance with all safety measures and good manufacturing practices
• Carrying out routine maintenance of the facilities
• Sampling for various chemical and microbiological analyses
• Quality control

What will make you successful

• Completion of compulsory schooling with good results in math
• Technical sense and liking for numbers
• Manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in shift schedules later
• Ability to tolerate working conditions with noise and heat
• Position also open for career changers from professionals who have worked in the food industry (baker, dairy technologist, pastry chef)
• Native French speaker
