Due to our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team from mid-August 2026 with a:

Receptionist 30-50% (m/f/d) fixed-term for 3-5 months with possibility of permanent employment

Work shifts between Monday - Saturday

• You answer incoming telephone calls and correctly forward them to the responsible contact person
• You ensure that callbacks are made and actively follow up if necessary
• You welcome our customers with a smile and accompany them to the appropriate contacts
• You are responsible for the cash register at the reception
• You ensure cleanliness and order in the customer lounge
• You take over digital data entry and other administrative tasks
• You are willing to take on additional work shifts during holiday absences

• You are an outstanding telephone talent with a likeable, nuanced voice
• You always act service-oriented and love customer contact
• You are friendly, professional and customer-focused and live our "Grüezi mentality" - personally and on the phone
• You work carefully and precisely and keep an overview even in hectic times
• You have a great flair for organisation and independent work
• You are flexibly deployable in the telephone switchboard department as well as at our three receptions
• You are characterised by confident German language skills in spoken and written form and present yourself confidently both in writing and on the phone
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of Italian and French

Working hours/shifts:

• You take on work shifts Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:30
• You also take on work shifts on Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00
• You are very flexibly deployable for half or full days
