About the job

Help us shape the electrical systems of road and building infrastructure. At the centre of your work are electrical systems for buildings – from power supply through building automation to security technology – as well as for industrial plants. In addition, a wide field is open to you: technical systems and cable installations in rail infrastructure, road and tunnel construction, as well as modern communication and surveillance systems. Wherever you specialise, you will play a significant role in shaping it yourself.

Your area of responsibility

• Management of the Rapperswil site as part of the extended executive management with currently 8 to 10
• employees as well as support in the further development of the company
• Acquisition of project contracts and processing of offers
• Schedule, financial and quality controlling of projects
• Provision of planning services in the design, procurement and execution of projects
• Development and checking of concepts, tender and execution documents for electrical installations, control and automation systems
• Inspection of systems on site including construction management and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams as technical contact person.

Your skills and talents

• Basic training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
• Further training in the electrical field (Electrical Engineer FH, Electrical Technician HF or Certified Electrical Installer HFP or Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety with federal certificate)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the design of electrical installations
• Very good MS Office skills and CAD experience
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, independent working style
