Location: Alterszentrum Hochweid, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH Department 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics Working hours: 40% — 100% Start: immediately Your role You are the contact person for the residents entrusted to you and actively shape their daily lives. You work closely with the qualified nursing staff and take responsibility within your area of competence. Your tasks Care and support of residents in everyday life Performing medical-technical and nursing tasks according to the competence profile Observing and assessing changes in health status Participating in the planning and implementation of care Electronic care documentation Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals Helping to create a respectful and professional living environment in the home What you bring Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ Enjoyment in working with elderly people Independent, reliable and responsible working style Good German language skills, spoken and written Willingness to work shifts and weekends What to expect A responsible role with scope for creativity A well-coordinated and supportive team Modern work equipment and digital care documentation Opportunities for professional and personal development Contemporary employment conditions Are you interested?
