Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Personnel, operational and financial management of the Technology Management department
• Strategic and organisational development of the department and its divisions
• Ensuring safe, reliable and economical operation of technical systems and infrastructures
• Responsibility for medical technology including regulatory requirements, certifications and strategic partnerships
• Management and prioritisation of investments, resources and projects as well as ensuring regulatory, quality and safety-related requirements

What You Bring to This Position

• University degree (FH/University) in a technical or scientific field as well as further training in business administration, leadership or management
• Several years of leadership experience in a technologically demanding environment
• Sound knowledge in the areas of medical technology and technologies, preferably in a hospital environment
• Strong entrepreneurial and economic understanding, combined with strategic foresight, networked action as well as high leadership and communication skills
• Extensive experience in project, investment and resource management as well as dealing with regulatory requirements, procurement processes and contractual issues
