What to expectDuring the 18-month internship, you will have many opportunities for your personal development, be right in the middle instead of just watching, gain valuable experience during three varied assignments, and dive deep into the banking world, for example:

• Customer advice in person at the counter or by phone
• Carrying out account openings, payments & payment transactions
• In-depth advice on loans, investments & banking products for private and corporate customers

• And it concludes with the nationally recognized banking industry certificate (BEM).

Your training place with us, where you are supported and accompanied by experienced practical trainers.

📍 CYP (Challenge Your Potential)

Here you complete the inter-company banking courses and deepen your banking knowledge with modern learning methods.

📍 Internal sales trainings & specialist courses

We offer you various trainings where you prepare yourself for consultations, communication with customers, and the sale of banking services.
