The company builds, among other things, automatic production lines, linear guides, racks, pinions, gearboxes, linear axes and gantry robots for the automotive industry, railways, intralogistics, metal, tyres, pharmaceuticals as well as equipment for the aircraft industry.
Polymechanic 4-Axis Machining Centre (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
- Processing of production orders on the 4-axis machining centres according to planning specifications
- Creation of CAM programmes using the programming software SolidCAM
- Conducting self and first-piece inspections for quality assurance
- Continuous monitoring of target times and reporting of deviations
- Compliance with occupational safety and cleanliness standards in the work area
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (e.g. optimisation of documentation, implementation of lean management)
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed technical or mechanical basic training as well as several years of experience as a machine operator (machine operation, programming, setup)
- Understanding of automation systems, e.g. Makino MAS-A5 or Makino B2 is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Confident handling of the MS Office suite, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in CAM programming (SolidCAM) as well as practical experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks) is an advantage
- Teamwork, creativity, flexibility as well as a strong cost awareness, high motivation, strong willingness to learn and resilience
