Your future area of activity

Reception and processing of individual bookings by phone, e-mail or via booking platforms – in a professional, friendly and solution-oriented manner
Management and updating of bookings in the system – ensuring completeness, accuracy and customer satisfaction
Active sales of our hotels and services – across regions, with a true passion for excellent service
Implementation of upselling measures and targeted sales of additional services such as breakfast, late check-out or room upgrades
Close collaboration with Front Office, Revenue Management and other departments to ensure an optimal booking process
Support in implementing special offers, contingents and group requests, after consultation

Your profile

Completed training in the hotel industry, as well as initial professional experience in reservations or reception
Proficiency in MS Office tools and practical experience with Opera, Opera Cloud or equivalent hotel software
Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written – any other language is an asset
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service-oriented sales
