About the job
What you can achieve
- You advise, accompany and empower our leaders at all hierarchical levels in concrete situations or projects regarding personnel, leadership and organisational development
- You take on the conception and implementation of workshops for teams and actively contribute to the design of personnel and leadership development offerings as well as in cross-departmental projects
- You mediate between various stakeholders in complex consulting mandates and change processes and support through integrative process facilitation
- You manage our pool of external consultants and continuously develop it with regard to new organisational challenges and needs
What you bring with you
- You have a social or economic science degree at HF/FH level (e.g. work and organisational psychology, sociology, business administration or a related field)
- You have at least 5 years of practical experience in consulting/coaching, supervision, mediation and/or personnel/leadership/organisational development in complex organisations
- Through solid additional qualifications and further training in the above areas, you succeed in establishing a high level of professionalism and effectiveness in accompanying consulting mandates and in designing coachings, workshops or related formats
- Practical experience in accompanying demanding change processes combined with very good communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels and professional groups complete your profile
