Workload: 60-100%
Your main tasks
= Support the Scrum team in achieving the issue goals as a servant leader
Planning and moderation of sprint events, defining sprint goals
Maintaining, implementing, and promoting the Scrum values and agile processes throughout the company
Exchanging and coordinating the quality criteria of products with the Product Owner
Conveying the goals of the Product Owner to the team
Supporting project planning
Your secondary tasks
If the workload is greater than 60%, additional tasks will be added to the Scrum Master role. Selection of tasks depends on interest and training.
