HF Nursing Specialist Spitex – Focus Psychiatry 20-40% on a monthly or hourly wage

• Advice and support in crisis management, development of coping strategies and daily structure, promotion of social contacts as well as accompaniment in activities.
• Resource- and goal-oriented care: You take over the care and support of adults of all ages. Focus on the individual resources and set clear care goals.
• Conducting conversations and therapeutic support: You independently conduct conversations and accompany therapeutic processes. Support those affected in coping with their burdens and promoting their independence in everyday life.
• Advice and support: Be the competent contact person for the relatives of the persons to be cared for and advise on all questions concerning care.
• Case management: You take over the evaluation, planning and control of the entire care process and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Care documentation: Take responsibility for careful and complete care documentation and ensure transparent and comprehensible documentation of all care measures.
• Instruction and coaching: Support and advise employees of all skill levels. Pass on valuable knowledge and promote the further development of the entire team.
• Your workplace for office work is at the location and your workplace outside with the clients extends over the entire city of Bern

• You are an HF nursing specialist with a focus on psychiatry
• Independent, flexible and team-oriented working style with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of holistic care
• Valid driving license category B
• Commitment, openness and humor
• Experience in dealing with digital work tools
• High social and communication skills, teamwork and willingness to perform
• You think and act entrepreneurially
