Recruiting Specialist (a)

Your main tasks:

- Responsibility for professional recruitment of diverse functions in facility management
- Active and targeted talent identification through various recruiting channels, HR marketing platforms, and social media
- Monitoring recruiting trends in facility management and contributing new impulses
- Expansion and maintenance of our internal candidate pool as well as supporting teams in administrative processes
- Strengthening the external positioning and employer attractiveness of our company

Your profile:

- Completed basic training, ideally in the technical field
- Further training in HR or recruiting is an advantage
- At least five years of professional experience in recruiting, e.g., in personnel placement
- Proven experience in active sourcing via various online channels
- Winning and empathetic personality with high self-motivation
- Resilient, balanced, and structured in working methods
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office
