We are looking for a Trainee (80 – 100%)

18 months. 3 companies. 1 region that you help shape.

Start: Autumn 2026 | Duration: 18 months | Assignments: 6 months at Matterhorn Gotthard Railway | 6 months at Lonza AG | 6 months at another company, e.g. RWO (Regional and Economic Centre Upper Valais)

Your Field of Activity

• During 18 months you will get to know three exciting organisations – and contribute to key future topics
• You will take on tasks and work on real projects in the areas of corporate development, HR, education & training, strategy & digitalisation
• You will participate in projects, design workshops and can take on responsibility
• You will develop creative approaches and new ideas in topics such as innovation, sustainability & corporate culture. Your possible final project will have a concrete impact for Upper Valais

What You Bring

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• You are enthusiastic about project work, new ideas and interdisciplinary collaboration
• You work independently, in a structured way and can win others over to your ideas
• You are an organisational and communication talent and ideally have already gained initial experience in project management
• You are flexible and open to new things
