About the job
About the Position
In this role, you are responsible for work preparation as well as the planning and coordination of the production and delivery of our local control cabinets. You ensure that materials, resources, and schedules are optimally aligned and guarantee a smooth process from order receipt to on-time customer delivery. In doing so, you work closely with production, logistics, and other internal interfaces and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
What You Can Achieve
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders as well as ensuring on-time production and delivery
• Coordinating material availability in close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and production
• Creating and coordinating production and delivery schedules as well as monitoring production progress
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and deadlines
• Creating and maintaining production documentation, evaluations, and status reports
• Optimising processes and workflows in work preparation and order processing
• Collaborating with internal interfaces to ensure efficient material and information flow
• Adhering to and promoting safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the area of responsibility
What You Bring
• Completed technical training (e.g. as an electrician, automation technician, or mechatronics technician), ideally supplemented by further technical education
• Professional experience in work preparation, production planning, or order processing, preferably in control cabinet construction or electrical engineering
• Good knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system as well as confident use of MS Office
• Technical understanding and the ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
