The Stiftung zur Hard operates the Birsfelden Retirement Home with a capacity of 170 rooms and a day and night structure, as well as the Spitex Birsfelden, which is responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 residents. We are one of the largest retirement and care institutions in the Basel region. We are distinguished by a diverse range of care, support, and therapy services in a modern infrastructure, a public restaurant with varied cuisine, as well as facilities for banquets and events.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a from October 2026

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Supporting the department head in the personnel, professional and organisational management of employees
- Assuming leadership duties in the absence of the department head
- Supervising trainees and students in the department
- Responsible for adjustments, additions and evaluations of care plans and documentation in the LOBOS system including RAI assessments
- Implementing social measures, maintaining contact with relatives, doctors and other parties involved in the residents' environment
- Daily responsibility in the department, professional responsibility throughout the house and house responsibility at weekends
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Leadership experience desired
- Responsible, reliable and flexible personality
- Motivation and commitment to continuously develop one’s own expertise
- Independent thinking and acting according to the competence profile
- High communication skills, good written and oral expression
- Experience with interRAI / LOBOS desired
- Good IT skills
