Your field of activity

• Control and further development of IT
• Ensuring the availability of IT systems, network and telephony
• Responsible for 1st-level support as well as supporting users in the efficient use of IT hardware and software
• Evaluation, procurement, installation and lifecycle management of hardware and software
• Responsibility for IT security including patch management
• Assistance with data protection and compliance as well as support during audits
• Management of external partners and implementation of projects
• Leadership and participation in IT and digitalisation projects, including documentation and training of employees
• Consulting management and specialist departments
• Documentation of roles, permissions and processes

Why you fit with us

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (specialising in system technology) or an equivalent technical education
• Further training in business informatics or ICT management desired
• Solid know-how in: IT infrastructure & networks, Microsoft ecosystem, service management & provider control, IT security, governance and project management
• Structured, solution-oriented working method
• Holistic thinking and acting, pragmatic and resilient in day-to-day business
• You continuously educate yourself regarding current technologies
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• You possess a driving licence
