Operations Manager Maintenance (m/f/d) 100 %

As Operations Manager Maintenance, you ensure the smooth running of our cleaning sites in the Basel area. You lead your team, plan the assignments and ensure that our customers can always rely on the highest quality.

Your tasks

• Operational deployment planning as well as personnel and resource allocation in the assigned maintenance sites.

• Leadership, guidance and motivation of the cleaning team including organisation of holiday and sickness cover.

• First point of contact for customers on site as well as handling concerns and complaints.

• Regular site and quality inspections as well as ensuring hygiene and safety standards.

• Participation in the recruitment of new employees and responsibility for the monthly hours accounting.

Your profile

• Completed training in cleaning or several years of professional experience in the industry, ideally with leadership experience.

• Precise, systematic and independent working style with a high awareness of quality.

• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and pronounced customer orientation.

• Very good German skills; additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, Italian) are an advantage.

• Neat appearance, good PC skills and a category B driving licence.
