As a Production Employee (m/f/d), you are responsible for maintenance and cleaning, as well as the independent operation and monitoring of the plant.

YOUR NEW TASKS:

Independent operation and adjustment of individual machine components 
Continuous monitoring of the production process
Independent troubleshooting of simple machine malfunctions according to maintenance instructions and guidelines
Performing simple maintenance work on individual machine components
Supporting maintenance technicians with more complex troubleshooting and during revisions
Forwarding information from ongoing production to the direct supervisor or responsible departments
Taking over/executing all activities related to improvement/development
Compliance with all established guidelines regarding occupational safety and all hygiene regulations

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

You have completed an apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) 
Willingness to work in a 3-shift model is a prerequisite
Initial professional experience required – experience with production equipment is an advantage
Willingness to participate in in-house training
You are a team player and responsible
You are resilient
You are experienced in using MS Office
You have very good German skills, both spoken and written
