- Independent action during the night shift, balancing responsibility and competencies
- Leadership and instruction of employees during the night shift
- Personnel resource planning according to specifications and demand planning of AVOR
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in the food industry and initial leadership experience
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts and weekends/public holidays
- Quick comprehension, interconnected thinking and good German skills
- High reliability, conscientiousness and quick comprehension
