Health Specialist (a) 80–100%
Your tasks
- You care for and support patients together with the qualified nursing staff and align your actions with their individual needs.
- You independently and confidently carry out nursing and medical-technical measures within your area of competence. You recognise changes early and specifically pass on your observations.
- You document your work comprehensibly and fully record nursing services and materials in the clinical information system.
- You take on logistical, administrative, and domestic tasks and ensure that the processes around patient care function smoothly.
- You question existing procedures, contribute improvement suggestions, and participate in the further development of nursing quality.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and have experience in acute care.
- You work attentively and in a structured manner, prioritise even with changing demands, and know the limits of your competence area.
- You communicate clearly, coordinate reliably with the team, and address uncertainties early.
- You treat patients and their relatives with respect and respond to their individual situations.
- You want to further develop your professional skills and implement new things in everyday nursing.
- You have good German language skills in spoken and written form. For foreign language qualifications, we require a language certificate at level B2.
