A Production Employee for the Manufactory 80%
(Workplace Bühler AR)
Your tasks are:
- Production of manufactory products according to specifications (recipe, product requirements)
- Creating production orders in the ERP system
- Compliance with high quality standards
- Careful handling of raw materials and products
- Conducting quality checks
- Participation in the continuous process optimisation of production and existing recipes
- Cross-departmental support as needed
You bring:
- Completed vocational training or professional experience in the food sector
- Independent working style and a high sense of responsibility
- Accuracy, reliability, and flexibility
- Strong awareness of occupational safety, quality, and hygiene
- Enjoyment of high-quality products
- Great interest in food and its composition
- Craftsmanship skills and good physical fitness
