• You know how to make connections, communicate clearly and have good interpersonal skills.
• Training in social insurance or health, or commercial training with experience in social insurance.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex content and present it clearly.
• Fluency in written expression and a taste for structured work.
• Empathy combined with decisiveness.
• Clear communication – even during difficult interviews.
• Category B driving licence.
• As communication is mainly in German, good knowledge of German is required.
