Responsibility
You want to ensure the safety of our travellers and the protection of our trains – then training in the field of protection and security is just right for you!
From 1 September 2027, we are looking for you for the 3-year training as a Specialist for Protection and Security (m/f/d) for DB Sicherheit GmbH in our operational area of Southern Bavaria. Your practical deployment is at the Augsburg location. All training and courses take place at our training centre in Munich. In addition, you will attend vocational school in Neuburg an der Donau.
This is what awaits you in your training:
You ensure safety at our stations as well as the safe guidance of our travellers and visitors
Guarding trains – both inside and outside – and preventing property damage, e.g. by graffiti artists
Control and reception service in our DB buildings
You contribute to ensuring that events at our stations run safely and in an orderly manner
Qualifications
Your profile:
You have (soon) successfully completed school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany (at least a qualifying secondary school certificate)
Your German language skills correspond to at least the B2 level
Safety is particularly important to you and you like helping other people
You are communicative and can communicate well in German and English
Conscientiousness, responsibility and the ability to work in a team characterise you
A current certificate of good conduct is required for this position.
