To support our commercial development, we are looking for a:
TRILINGUAL SALES APPLICATION MANAGER (DE/EN/FR) M/F
As a Sales Application Manager, you will play a key role in the expansion of the Business Line, particularly in the HMI/Robotics and Micromobility sectors.
You will be responsible for developing and consolidating the customer portfolio while ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of the Business Unit. You will work in a technical and innovative environment, surrounded by passionate teams, and will benefit from great autonomy in your tasks.
You will be in charge of identifying and exploring new markets and projects in Europe and the United States. You will ensure prospecting and follow-up of opportunities, from initial contact to contract conclusion. Your role will involve guaranteeing the group's premium positioning with prospects and existing customers. You will work closely with project teams to propose solutions adapted to customer needs. Your understanding of mechatronic solutions will allow you to promote products and support customers in their implementation.
We are looking for a profile with the following skills:
· Seek and find clients with a potential of 10 million CHF/year
· Propose a commercial roadmap by sector
· Attend trade shows, conferences, connect with key players and promote the company
· Bring in new contracts that will help achieve the division's 2030 revenue target
A higher education degree in engineering or business, with a strong technical dimension, is required. You have experience in one or more of these demanding industrial environments, as well as experience in business development in a highly technical role. You have a taste for challenge, great autonomy, and a strong ability to structure and lead business development strategies.
English is essential; knowledge of German would be a real plus.
